Andrew Yule to divest up to 2% stake in Veedol Corp via OFS

Andrew Yule & Co Ltd is set to offload up to 2% of its equity stake in Veedol Corporation through an offer for sale (OFS), amounting to 3.48 lakh equity shares. The OFS will open for non-retail investors on May 23, while retail investors will be able to participate on May 26.





The floor price for the OFS has been fixed at ₹1,566 per share.





The shares of the Veedol Corporation ended 0.84% lower in the session on Thursday (May 22). The stock has gained 2.26% in 2025 so far. On the other hand, the BSE-listed Andrew Yule & Co ended today's session with marginal gains, but has fallen close to 25% in the year so far.
