According to the March quarter shareholding pattern, promoters held a 60.32% stake in the company.
Azad Engineering made its stock market debut in December 2023, listing at a premium of over 37%, compared to its issue price of ₹524 per share.
Azad Engineering shares are currently trading 6.38% lower on Friday at ₹1,641.70. The stock is down 10% so far in 2025.
