
Revenue grew 31.9% year-on-year to ₹8,926 crore, ahead of the estimated ₹8,675 crore. The strong top-line performance was driven by robust growth in both core and new businesses.
However, operating performance lagged expectations. EBITDA came in at ₹221 crore, down 58.1% from ₹527 crore last year and below the poll estimate of ₹335 crore.
EBITDA margin declined sharply to 2.5%, missing the 3.9% estimate and down from 7.8% in Q4FY24.
The board recommended a dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, applicable to both fully and partly paid-up shares proportionately, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Ahead of the results, shares of Grasim Industries closed 1.2% lower at ₹2,675.20 on the BSE.
