
The company's net profit in the March quarter was up 77% at ₹417.3 crore compared to ₹236 crore in the previous fiscal.
Its revenue increased 13.7% to ₹3,343 crore from ₹2,939 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal.
The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) was at ₹736.6 crore in the fourth quarter. This was 34.5% more than the ₹547.5 crore it reported in the same period of the previous fiscal.
JK Cement's margin too expanded to 22.03% from 18.63% in the year-ago period.
Shares of JK Cement ended 0.26% higher at ₹5,107 apiece on Friday, May 23. The stock has gained 21.15% in the last six months.
